Your menu and logo
One menu for your Space page and your website, where each link shows, dropdowns, and how your logo appears.
Your Space page and your website share one menu. Change it in either place and the other follows, so you never keep two lists in step by hand.
Where to edit it
- On Frequency: open Manage, then Page, and scroll to Menu and logo.
- In your website editor: select the header, then pick Edit menu and logo.
Both open the same editor and save to the same menu.
What your menu starts as
Until you save a menu, it builds itself. Your Space page shows Home, the sections on your Home page, and a tab for each feature you have turned on, like Calendar, Circles, Memberships or Shop. Your website shows its pages and the sections on its Home page. Turn a feature on and its tab appears.
Making it yours (Business plan)
On the Business plan you can arrange the menu any way you like:
- Reorder links with the up and down arrows, and rename any of them.
- Choose where each link shows: Space page and website, Space page only, or website only.
- Add a custom link to any https address, an email (mailto:) or a phone number (tel:).
- Add a dropdown. It opens a panel of links, each with a short line under it, and an optional photo card beside them. It looks the same on your Space page and your website.
Press Save menu when you are happy. Once you have saved, a feature you turn on later joins the end of your menu by itself, ready for you to move or hide. A link to a feature you switch off, or a page you delete, quietly leaves the menu instead of leading somewhere empty.
Changed your mind? Use the automatic menu clears your saved menu and goes back to the menu that builds itself.
On the free plan your menu builds itself from your pages and features, and the editor shows it locked.
Your logo
Pick how your name shows in the menu bar. The choice applies to your Space page and your website:
- Image and name (the default): your Space image in a circle, beside your name.
- Name only: just your name, with the image turned off.
- Logo: an image you upload, shown on its own and never cropped. This is the one for a wordmark.
Upload a logo with Upload a logo, and it is put to use straight away. Every plan can choose a logo style.
