Small circles that split when they grow
Groups larger than six report lower trust and commitment.
About
Hearts on Fire is a year-round men's work program and a framework any man can use to start a circle or strengthen one he already runs. It lives as one Space, with a primary circle and a growing set of local circles.

Why it is built this way
Groups larger than six report lower trust and commitment.
Peer-led groups last for years.
Men connect shoulder to shoulder, around shared work.
Men's programs need clear goals and strong, collaborative leaders.
The first step should ask little of you.
Men respond to action and growth.
The seasonal and astrological curriculum is a framing choice, with no research behind it either way. Its value is rhythm, shared language and a reason to gather.
